Terms of Service

Optera is a free-to-use audit tool for the developer community. Automated scraping or reverse-engineering of the WASM engine is strictly prohibited. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the simulation results for internal cost-optimization purposes.

The results generated by Optera are based on current model pricing and static simulations. Optera Terminal cannot be held liable for any financial decisions made based on these reports. Users are encouraged to verify results with actual model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) before making production shifts.
